Progamme Manager - Tools & Process

Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for defining, implementing and maintaining a toolset that enables cross functional teams to deliver breathtaking products at speed and quality. Working with the business leaders to continually improve, evolve and optimise as the business grows. What you will do:

• Ownership of a tool & process roadmap to enable the business to develop new products and bring to market.
• Leading key cross functional creation forums to maintain a continuous improvement mindset
• To provide the tools, processes and reports to enable effective decision making and mitigation of risks and issues.
• Work closely with the Programme Management delivery team to effectively plan resource across the various programmes.
• Support other functions in the business where a process best practice & mindset is required.
  
  Display Programme Management experience within the automotive/manufacturing industry
• Experience leading and motivating a team
• Ability to lead and influence non direct reports
• Experienced in defining KPI's and ability to storyboard and compile exec summaries
• Experienced using JIRA & OnePlan
