Full Job Description

We are seeking a personable, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual to join the Privacy and Information Governance (PRINGO) team as its first Program Administrator. In this role you will provide wide ranging support to PRINGO's global data protection, intellectual property, and information governance specialists in the management of our work and smooth execution of our key initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience or an interest in PRINGO's work and will often serve as the face of the team to stakeholders worldwide.,

  • Assist in the development, deployment, and sustainment of materials related to PRINGO's privacy, IP, and information governance programs.

  • Coordinate and manage various projects and initiatives related to privacy, IP, and information governance, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to PRINGO team members, including meeting coordination, travel, and expense reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, IT, and compliance, to ensure effective communication and coordination of work.

  • Support the development of training programs and materials to enhance employee awareness of privacy, IP, and information governance requirements.

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries and requests related to privacy, IP, and information governance from internal stakeholders and external parties, and manage departmental inbox and calendar.

  • Act as a personal assistant to PRINGO leadership allowing them to focus on urgent or high-priority matters.

  • Conduct research and analysis related to PRINGO's work and priorities, providing recommendations for program enhancement and contributing to deliverables, presentations, and documents.

  • Maintain accurate records related to privacy, IP, and information governance programs and initiatives.

    Bachelors degree


  • -Excellent English
  • Foreign language skills preferred, in particular German or French
