Full Job Description

In line with our commitment to inclusion and diversity, we are proud to be working towards the Race Equality Charter (REC), which helps us address and reduce barriers that disproportionately affect B.A.M.E. staff. We are also a Stonewall Diversity Champion, ensuring that all LGBTQ+ people are valued and respected at work. Additionally, we participate in the Disability Confident Scheme to support our efforts to improve the workplace experience for disabled individuals.

We have a vacancy for the post of Programme Administrator within Academic Services based at the Luton Campus.

We are looking for someone with experience of working within the area of student record maintenance and who can maintain detailed records for audit. We require someone with an attention to detail who can work with a number of stakeholders to create accurate student records and process student data returns. The work can be complex as we work with multiple entry points across a number of campuses across the year and these variations need to be accurately recorded.

The successful applicant for this post will have a high attention to detail, and have a highly professional approach to their work, knowledge of regulatory work and an ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environment. The support of academic programmes is complex and we require an aptitude for working in a systematic way. We are looking for an individual with a high level of attention to detail and a desire to get things right first time. There is an extensive use of Microsoft teams for meetings and examination boards. However there is the opportunity to support events such as graduation at a campus other than your base campus.
