The Programme and Project Support Officer (PBSO) is a unique role and an amazing opportunity for anyone wanting to understand the corporate, improvement and fundraising functions within the NHS. The PBSO is a crucial part of our team, offering dedicated support to a senior team, based in Trust HQ, delivering high quality services for the organisation and our public., + Business administration, including diary management, minute taking, agenda setting, version control and action logs.
+ Improvement administration, including marketing, bookings, queries, venue arrangements and faculty support.
+ Fundraising administration, including inbox management, event support and donation capture and maintenance.

The role reports to the Fundraising Campaign Director. Business administration, including the Capital Committee and Programme Boards are a part of the role, alongside business development and improvement. The role will also support any fundraising activities undertaken by the Campaign Director and the Fundraising Manager.
