Full Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high quality administrative service for a suite of programmes involving participants, facilitators and partners working in close collaboration with Programme Managers, Programme Leaders and administrative staff.

The programme coordinator will have responsibility for leading administrative systems and processes across the programme to support its successful delivery. This will include line management of the programme administrative team, providing support and challenge, monitoring performance and progress.

You should be pro-active in your work and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

You will have the ability to effectively lead and work with others cooperating and collaborating with colleagues and helping the CEL programme team to achieve its goals with experience of running large scale and/or complex projects or programmes with an awareness of the issues involved.

Experience of leading a team and line managing colleagues is essential.
