Programme Director - Digital

Specific Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership and Alignment: In collaboration with the CDDIO, refine and champion the Trust's digital transformation vision, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals. Drive the strategic direction of digital projects, including EPR system implementation, cloud migration, and digital innovations in patient care, ensuring these initiatives support the Trust's ambition to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes. Promote a unified digital strategy that encompasses technology adoption, digital product development, and innovation. Consult widely on the content and approach of the strategy, including senior parties with potentially conflicting views. Evaluate, interpret and locally implement best practice in digital services. Prepare and present highly complex, sensitive and/or contentious information to ensure full understanding and engagement with high levels of interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and in writing).
