Programme Lead (Workforce)

Are you passionate about developing a thriving, inclusive sports and physical activity community? We're looking for a dynamic Programme Lead (Workforce) to lead the growth and enhancement of clubs, coaches, volunteers, and professional staff across Northamptonshire., You will be responsible for working closely with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop the skills, knowledge, and capabilities needed to create a workforce that delivers safe, welcoming, and person-centred sport and physical activity opportunities for all. You'll also play a key role in diversifying the workforce and adapting pathways to meet changing community needs.,

• Collaborate with clubs, coaches, volunteers, and professional staff to build capacity and improve infrastructure.
• Develop and deliver initiatives that create safe, inclusive, and sustainable environments for sport and physical activity.
• Work with local stakeholders to increase participation and accessibility for underrepresented groups.
• Support workforce development by organizing training, workshops, and resources to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate programs to ensure they align with regional priorities and meet community demands.

We collaborate with local and national partners to change the system, influencing strategy, policy and approaches, tackling inequalities and supporting communities to change lives through widening participation in physical activity. We also deliver sport participation events, physical activity programmes and wellbeing projects.
