Full Job Description

To be responsible to the Curriculum Manager for the management, development and delivery of all aspects of Maths programmes across the Service. In addition, to support the Curriculum Manager in the overall management of the Service.,

  • Assist and support the management of the Maths team
  • Identify new developments, initiatives and practices pertinent to the Maths curriculum
  • To assist with data and financial monitoring procedures
  • To contribute to planning and reviewing the Self-Assessment Report and Quality Improvement Plan of the team in line with the Service Plan and Directorate and Corporate objectives

  • Relevant teaching qualification at level 4 e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE, B.Ed.
  • Minimum of Level 4 / 5 subject specialism qualification in a relevant curriculum area.
  • Excellent organisational skills will be needed to assist the Curriculum Manager with the development and management of teaching and learning within the Post 19 sector;
  • with Practitioner experience in the curriculum area relevant to the post.
