Full Job Description

The faculty of Construction are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Programme Leader to join the well-established Carpentry and Joinery team. This is a fast paced and diverse role, in which you will work closely with other Programme Leaders in providing high quality teaching aged 16 plus, teaching Level 1, 2 and 3 in Carpentry and Joinery. Other duties will include: Teaching, facilitating and tracking of learner progress. Assessment of learner progress against targeted achievement. Ensuring the provision of high-quality pastoral and supportive care of learners as part of the whole learner journey. Ensure the provision of highly effective guidance to learners to assist them through their programme and in their progression onto a positive destination, for example higher learning or employment. Maintain effective management of learners' programmes, working with other teams as required ensuring a high quality, individualised offer., The TEC Partnership is committed to Prevent Duty, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and promoting British Values within the workplace. Candidates should also have Level 2 or above qualification in Carpentry & Joinery with prior experience working in a construction environment. You will need experience of analysing data and writing reports ICT competency
