This post would suit someone who cares passionately about raising the life chances of students from a range of backgrounds and who is looking to make a significant impact on the lives and education of those they teach. Candidates should also have the ability to foster working relationships with others and a willingness to help and support other staff and students is vital. Furthermore, the candidate will have excellent IT skills, specialist knowledge and experience of teaching/delivering to the Functional Skills and GCSE English standards and will ideally hold a Teaching Qualification.
