Full Job Description

You will be working as part of the Programme Management team here at Simply Business, were you'll be responsible for managing a wide range of initiatives and ensuring that all deliverables are consistently completed on time while meeting quality standards and senior leadership expectations You will be working with Will as part of the Change team to manage and assess requests for support and confirm the level of support required to successfully deliver initiatives.As one of our Programme Managers, you'll:

  • be accountable to organise, track, and drive large scale cross functional, complex and strategically important change initiatives to successful outcomes
  • provide motivation and direction to ensure that team initiative goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved in a timely manner
  • identify and manage all associated risks, issue and dependencies
  • lead and drive all change initiative meetings to begin, troubleshoot, and successfully deliver initiatives
  • monitor and report on progress of change initiatives to all stakeholders and the Leadership Team
  • lead change management best practice to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives

    knowledgeable of programme management methodologies and tools
  • experienced in managing large scale programmes
  • able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule
  • effective in relationship building with a broad array of stakeholders and team members
