- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality vocational and academic training in motor vehicle.
- Manage the programme to ensure compliance with awarding body requirements and enhance student outcomes.
- Coordinate staff and resources to deliver an outstanding learning experience that meets both industry standards and student needs.
- Champion student progress through effective teaching, learning, and assessment strategies.
- Ensure strong student engagement, attendance, and achievement across all programme areas.
- Support the continuous professional development of teaching staff and ensure programme files and records are up to date.
- Collaborate with employers and other stakeholders to ensure programmes meet industry needs and support future employability., Ambitious & Progressive: Constantly looking to innovate and improve.

Plumpton College is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Programme Manager for Motor Vehicle. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and innovate in a sector-critical programme., Hold a degree / relevant professional qualification or equivalent at minimum of Level 3. - Proven experience in teaching and assessment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and support a high-performing team.
- A passion for student success, with an understanding of individual learning needs.
- Experience using modern technologies in teaching and learning to enhance the educational experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with staff, students, and industry stakeholders.
