Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Programme Manager for Motor Vehiclestojoin the BCA team on a full-time basis.Programme Manager for Motor VehiclesAs Programme Manager for Motor Vehicles, you will be working 37 hours per week which breaks down into 18 teaching hours in a relevant subject, and 19 hours for planning, prep, assessment and management responsibilities.The ideal candidate would be either an experienced Programme Lead seeking a new challenge, or perhaps a tenured Lecturer looking to progress their career to the next level.Heading up the Motor Vehicles Department over at BCA, the Programme Manager is responsible for the development and management of the curriculum directly supporting the Head of Department for Engineering and Motor Vehicles and the Assistant Principal in the smooth operation of the department.Due to the management responsibility of this role, we are seeking someone who has already received a Teaching Qualification of at least Level 4 capable of

exceptional delivery and efficient management of the teaching programme within your areas of competence driving student progress towards successful completion.Through regular assessment and review of the specifications of courses laid out by different awarding bodies, you'll work with the department stakeholders to develop strategies, and new curriculum features to improve Motor Vehicles and Engineering at Windsor Forest Colleges Group.Assisting in the dissemination of these strategies and monitor the implementation to ensure the success of our programmes to provide the best outcomes for students.We seek an inspirational, passionate person, capable of supporting learners both academically and pastorally capable of building student morale and discipline, helping them to realise their hopes and aspirations.For further details on this role please refer to the attached job description/person specification.About UsThe Windsor Forest Colleges Group (TWFCG) is a leading education provider in the
