About Us: The South and East Lincolnshire Council Partnership, comprising South Holland District Council, East Lindsey District Council, and Boston Borough Council, is on the lookout for a dynamic Programme Manager to spearhead our Neighbourhoods Service. This role is pivotal in delivering a significant programme of works within the Neighbourhoods Directorate, focusing on refuse, recycling and food waste collections., Strategic Oversight: Lead the delivery of the neighbourhood services programme across three councils, ensuring alignment with community needs and service priorities. Project Management: Drive the successful execution of neighbourhood services projects, particularly in waste collection, by collaborating with decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, representing the Partnership in various forums. Performance Monitoring: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with council and government requirements.

Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
