Programme Manager: People Scaling

As Programme Manager for People Scaling, you'll play a pivotal role in leading transformative initiatives across the provider collaborative and at the ICS level. From leading the PMO for the People Scaling portfolio to leading codesign sessions with multiple stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in driving change that enhances patient care outcomes and organisational excellence.
The People Scaling Programme Team currently support the following programmes:
+ Temporary Staffing
+ People Digital solutions
+ Discovery of People Scaling opportunities and future programme priorities.
This is a unique opportunity for someone keen to develop their current skillset and gain exposure across multiple providers and industry partners.

We're seeking candidates with programme management experience who have a good understanding of the NHS landscape, coupled with the ability to lead the delivery of programmes which contribute to a portfolio of large-scale change. Key Requirements:
+ Programme Management/PMO experience and best practice knowledge
+ Experience of leading large-scale change within complex/collaborative environments
+ Experience of workforce processes and understanding of people priorities and ways of working
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with diverse organisations and stakeholders
+ Demonstrated capability to plan over short, medium and long term timeframes and respond to sudden, unexpected demands
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
+ Proficiency in IT software, inc. Microsoft 365 suite
+ Resilient, proactive, and innovative mindset
