Full Job Description
- Develop and maintain the Portfolio reporting drumbeat cycle to ensure timely and high quality inputs.
- Responsible for all portfolio reporting products, to stakeholders, funders, the sponsor group and the portfolio teams.
- Maintain high quality reporting, including data collection, analysis and interpretation that supports effective decision making.
- Exercising sound judgement to tailor each report to its intended audience, providing consistency and transparency while also preserving confidentiality.
Demonstrable experience of working in a matrix/collaborative context, securing outputs and insight from partners and organisations that are independent and have different objectives. - Extensive experience of coordinating multiple reports at multiple levels partners, stakeholders, executive, sponsor groups.
- Experience of managing stakeholders at multiple levels to secure consistent messaging and outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience of establishing reporting frameworks and processes that drive consistency and efficiency in complex programme or portfolio environments.
- Knowledge or experience of implementing reporting tools and techniques such as Power Bi.
- Knowledge of programme and project controls processes and systems., Experience with Project Controls within Network Rail.
