Full Job Description

  • Develop and maintain the Portfolio reporting “drumbeat” cycle to ensure timely and high quality inputs.
  • Responsible for all portfolio reporting products, to stakeholders, funders, the sponsor group and the portfolio teams.
  • Maintain high quality reporting, including data collection, analysis and interpretation that supports effective decision making.
  • Exercising sound judgement to tailor each report to its intended audience, providing consistency and transparency while also preserving confidentiality.

    Demonstrable experience of working in a matrix/collaborative context, securing outputs and insight from partners and organisations that are independent and have different objectives.
  • Extensive experience of coordinating multiple reports at multiple levels – partners, stakeholders, executive, sponsor groups.
  • Experience of managing stakeholders at multiple levels to secure consistent messaging and outcomes.
  • Demonstrable experience of establishing reporting frameworks and processes that drive consistency and efficiency in complex programme or portfolio environments.
  • Knowledge or experience of implementing reporting tools and techniques such as Power Bi.
  • Knowledge of programme and project controls processes and systems., Experience with Project Controls within Network Rail.
