Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Support Administrator to join the MBA Programme Team at Saïd Business School. This team is responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality student experience across the MBA and 1+1 MBA degree programmes. You will play a vital role in supporting the academic and co-curricular delivery of the programme, ensuring smooth coordination of student projects, events and administrative tasks.,
- Be the primary point of contact for student and faculty queries.
- Organise events and student activities, including logistical arrangements for venues, catering and guest lists.
- Process and produce termly course evaluation reports.
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices, ensuring accurate expenditure records.
- Provide flexible support for MBA courses and events, including those that occur during evenings or weekends., You should have excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to managing tasks and projects. You must be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritise effectively under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication, including proofreading and drafting correspondence. You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
