Full Job Description

  • This role will contribute to enhancing our production, quality process analysis, and overall streamline productivity of non-commercial airplane products by improving our tools and technologies, reviewing data and code structure, and integrating processes.
  • Develops and manages simple and complex conceptual and logical definitions and specifications for data resources.
  • Performs and reports results of data analysis.
  • Develops, normalizes and validates simple and complex data models.
  • Performs reverse engineering of data models to determine data structure of applications.
  • Work with peers to drive solutions.
  • Conversion, assessment, and deployment from-and-to multiple language types.
  • These responsibilities and efforts contribute to the success of our technical publication processes, tools and software used by the technical publications team, and the ultimate products used by our customers.

    Computer Programming skills and knowledge.
  • 1+ years' experience creating scripts in Perl.
  • Working knowledge of GitLab.
  • 1+ years' experience with Java, JavaScript, or C++.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Knowledge of S1000D Specification.
  • Typical Education & Experience:
  • Typically, 2 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
  • Skills set summary: Java, JavaScript, Perl Programming, C++, Software Development, XPP, XSLT, S1000D Specification, HTML, CSS. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required. Work Authorization: This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the United Kingdom.
