Full Job Description
The role's main purpose is to ensure all vehicles are displayed correctly and that sold vehicles are prepped and ready for seamless delivery to our customers. A passion for the motor industry is a must as is the desire to deliver customer excellence.
- Monitor all orders and ensure preparation work will be completed on time
- Ensuring the delivery process operates efficiently and to the highest possible standards
- Maintain the tidiness, cleanliness, security and display standards of the Sales Department and demonstrator vehicles. Movement of vehicles around the site utilising the spaces to maximum capacity
- Check, inspect and test incoming stock and outgoing vehicles and complete appropriate paperwork, by following documented procedures
- Assist with photo shoots when required
A full UK driving licence is essential - Previous experience working in an aftersales role or dealership preferred
- Proficient IT skills Inc. Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems, preferably Kerridge
- Strong Organiser, high level of accuracy, outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
