Full Job Description

The role's main purpose is to ensure all vehicles are displayed correctly and that sold vehicles are prepped and ready for seamless delivery to our customers. A passion for the motor industry is a must as is the desire to deliver customer excellence.

  • Monitor all orders and ensure preparation work will be completed on time
  • Ensuring the delivery process operates efficiently and to the highest possible standards
  • Maintain the tidiness, cleanliness, security and display standards of the Sales Department and demonstrator vehicles.
  • Movement of vehicles around the site utilising the spaces to maximum capacity
  • Check, inspect and test incoming stock and outgoing vehicles and complete appropriate paperwork, by following documented
  • procedures
  • Assist with photo shoots when required

    A full UK driving licence is essential
  • Previous experience working in an aftersales role or dealership preferred
  • Proficient IT skills Inc. Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems, preferably Kerridge
  • Strong Organiser, high level of accuracy, outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
