Full Job Description

1. Responsible for initial assessment and enrolment of learners. Ensuring comprehensive assessments of starting points and both learner needs and circumstances are used to inform holistic planned programmes of learning.
2. Manage a caseload of learners from initial onboarding through to tracking and reporting of progression destination.
3. Provide personalised coaching and mentoring to learners to support in the development of learners outside of the vocational specific through a combination of virtual, 1:1 and group sessions.
4. Maintain regular contact with learners in-line with Company process, offering ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure learners engagement and successful progression into their planned progression destination.
5. Support learners with developing employability related skills to both gain new employment but to also sustain and thrive within employment.
6. Work with CIAG Advisors and the Learner Experience Manager to source and successfully signpost learners to external agencies/ support services where specific needs are identified.
7. Support the whole learner journey and process ensuring that all learner documentation complies with internal, funding and Ofsted requirements.
8. Complete learner progress reviews, per company policy, collaborating with Tutors and CIAG Advisors to ensure that learner reviews are accurate, comprehensive, and effective in supporting timely learner progression.
9. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the sector areas your learners are working/training in to enable you to provide effective support to both the learner and also when supporting business development in ensuring a 'right match' approach.
10. Work with business development/recruitment staff to match potential candidates to relevant vacancies and acting as primary contact for progression-related queries, ensuring helpful, timely responses.
11. Track, report and evidence learners' progression into positive destinations in-line with company policy and KPI's.
12. To actively contribute to the widening participation in assisting individuals who experience social and educational disadvantage, or face barriers to their participation in learning to access appropriate curriculum opportunities.
13. To maintain records in accordance with the company process and quality standards
