Full Job Description

We require an experienced, full-time Project Administrator to help increase the efficiency of the existing Project team.

This is a vital role within the company where the candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail and be able to expedite the process of paperwork/ electronic paperwork and information in a professional manner.

You will be responsible for:

  • Phone call and email handling

  • Coordinating deliveries and collections with Traffic Management Operatives

  • Invoicing

  • Any other administrative tasks for the team

    You should have a positive attitude and be willing to work in a vibrant, busy atmosphere.


  • Depending on existing experience, the position will in time evolve and the candidate must be able to demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work shifts.

    What good looks like for aProject Administrator

    Candidates should ideallyhave previous experience in Project Planning; however, full training will be given.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • IT literate, familiar with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent English

  • Right to work in the UK
