Full Job Description

  • Acting as the main contact with the customer support, and product development teams - triaging any issues/requirements, and acting as the first responder when possible

  • Transitioning the role from "doing" to one focused on improving cycles and processes. This means not just handling requests but also analysing and enhancing the processes creating great efficiency for the whole team.

  • Working closely with the rest of the Client Success team to identify actions that lead to more room bookings and implementing improvements through data analysis and automation.

  • Embracing the dynamic nature of the role, as it will evolve over time with opportunities for growth in scope and responsibilities., If you prefer roles with static duties and little change, this dynamic and evolving position may not be a fit.

  • If you are not comfortable with taking initiative to improve processes and drive changes, you might find this role challenging.

  • If you do not enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.

    Some work experience, ideally gained through paid positions.

  • Previous experience in project management, whether through university clubs, school activities, or work experience.

  • Proven ability to manage and proactively organise multiple individuals, especially in tech-related roles (e.g., finance officer for a university society).

  • A track record of being a completer-finisher, ensuring tasks are followed through to completion.
