Full Job Description

  • Facilitate Monitor Scrum team Velocity and Delivery of the program OKRs through the use of relevant program and team level metrics.

  • Support Product Teams through backlog refinement, backlog readiness, definition of ready/done and support writing user stories.

  • Facilitate Agile events that helps the engineer teams deliver value incrementally and iteratively.

  • Supervise 2 scrum team's capacity and User Story refinement processes and interact with engineers to monitor and match capacity against wider program objectives.

  • Support processes to track iteration progress, issue resolution, and removing obstacles to ensure sprint/iteration commitments are met, escalate to leadership as necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with SDLC methodology.

  • Raise, track and support resolutions of impediments, manage risk, and promote improvement throughout Technology.

  • Support in Planning, arbitrating, communicating, organizing, and executing on the platform's goals.

  • Supports a learning culture to drive continuous improvements and standardization.

  • Respectfully and purposefully challenge the status quo.

  • Ensures data integrity for the teams within the Agile Management tools and compliance with SDLC audits.

  • Use process expertise to identify and collaborate to resolve conflicts.

    Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development methods is preferred.

  • SDLC Methodologies & Practice.

  • Agile PM tools (Rally, JIRA).
