Full Job Description

You'll be joining our team at a pivotal moment as this is without out doubt, a challenging time for the housing sector. The successful candidates will work with colleagues across the organisation, assisting the Transformation team in the Operations Directorate on projects which aim to enhance existing services and implement new and improved services for our tenants and colleagues. The role is varied and no two days will be the same!

To be successful in the role of Transformation Assistant our new team member will have a Level 2 in a relevant qualification/equivalent experience, or be commited to work towards appropriate qualification and be someone with effective communication skills to be able to provide solution focused advice, support and influence. Permanent position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £26,796 a year, rising to £29,221 after key competencies of the role are met.
