Full Job Description
We are looking for an organised Project Assistant to join us for a short fixed term contract to the 28th March 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and energetic helping complete some projects that will have a huge impact on peoples lives. If you have good Administration, coordination and communication skills and what to hit the ground running, this could well be the role for you! We will consider people wanting 3 to 5 days work, however those wanting 3 days will have to demonstrate the experience and skillset that would allow them to complete the same work in 3 days which will come with an appropriate uplift in salary. As a Project Assistant, a typical day might include:
- Arranging, attending and minuting project meetings
- Supporting all areas of the business to deliver projects to set timeframes
- The delivery of internal project communications
- Monitoring and updating project activities and actions
- Assisting internal stakeholders to review process and map
- Supporting the initiation and completion of project documentation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to progress projects and actions
- Supporting the planning and delivery of events and workshops
Strong literacy skills with the ability to write clearly and effectively. - Confident and effective communicator who uses initiative.
- Confident with IT systems and Microsoft packages.
- An organised individual who can plan and monitor a varied busy workload.
- The ability to take notes and record actions accurately and at pace.
- Strong people skills.
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to meet challenges and adapt to change.
- Be self-motivated, resilient, with a drive and determination to achieve results. What will make you stand out from the crowd:
