Working for our Cromwell Hospital, the Project Change Manager role will lead, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects, ensuring that these are delivered within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management. This is a hands-on role, looking for a self-starter, with strong technical, project and change management understanding, being able to shape the project implementation approach to achieving the desired business outcomes through delivery. How you'll help us make health happen:

  • Drive execution of business change projects for IT.
  • Develop the delivery strategy and leads the execution of the IT project.
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
  • Apply Agile principles and ceremonies to projects, whilst having experience with Waterfall delivery approaches.
  • Develop and manage effective communication and liaison with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure that requirements are identified, assessed and appropriately integrated into the project.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline work plan.
  • Coordinate cross-team projects.
  • Impact analysis, training plan, communication plan, change readiness, stakeholder analysis, resistance management plan, embed change.
  • Delivery Management, Reporting, Financial Delivery Control, Risk Management.
  • Effectively engage and manage external vendors along with internal team.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

    Proven work experience as a Project/Change Manager or similar role
  • Experience on predictable planning and Agile ceremonies (Agile/SCRUM Master/Change Management/Risk Management certifications desirable but not essential)
  • Advanced knowledge of managing all aspects of technology projects
  • Advanced knowledge of managing business change
  • Experience in leading and delivering complex IT change projects or programmes, ideally in a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to anticipate stakeholder and colleague needs and respond accordingly.
  • Experience in working in shared service environments.
  • Proven experience in systems integration, migration and implementation projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Dev Ops, Planner …)
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong stakeholder management
