Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our ever-growing business within the role of Project Coordinator based at office in Scunthorpe. The right candidate will become a point of contact for both new and existing clients, the role will include liaison with local authorities, quoting/planning works following each job through to invoicing. Responsibilities as a Project Co-Ordinator

  • Day to day management of a portfolio of projects and clients to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  • Dealing with incoming enquires and processing internal enquiries.
  • Ensuring all Company processes and policies are adhered to.
  • Ensuring all existing and potential client and project data obtained by way of day-to-day activities is recorded in the relevant Company systems and GDPR is adhered to.
  • Assuming responsibility for ensuring appropriate PO cover from clients for the timely invoicing of completed works.
  • Any other duties required by the Team Leader.
