We are currently seeking a motivatedProject CoordinatorFixed Term Contractto join our team until December 2025. In this role, you will work closely with the project team and senior stakeholders to support the delivery of projects. You will be at the heart of our operations, facilitating meetings, setting agendas, and acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders throughout these projects. We are pleased that this role has become available due to business growth, we are in an exciting time for HCRG Care Group with mobilisationsbeing a key focus for 2025., Within this role you will have some of the following key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared
- Set clear, actionable agendas and take accurate meeting notes for follow-up
- Maintain communication with senior stakeholders and act as a point of contact for queries related to meetings
- Assist with managing project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between different departments
