In this role, here are some of the ways you will make an impact:

· Be the point of escalation to drive and solve technical and quality issues.

· Leading multiple cross-functional projects that may comprise a program from inception to completion; facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project.

· Works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals, designing project plan, and developing a timeline, tracking performance against performance goals and timeline.

· Managing project risk, using quality tools to identify areas of risk and alternatives or solutions.

· Documents and shares team learnings with other teams and colleagues, draws on other project team experiences to enhance the success of the project across internal teams.

· Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks, guides and coaches team members through various stages of a project, provides developmental feedback to team members and coaching other Project Managers in managing teams.

· Collaborating with business and functional leaders alongside customers to drive FAT and FOAK testing, developing and supporting Commission Scripts and inspection test plans, identifying process improvement areas and coordinating implementation.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

· Technical knowledge and background is required for this role, preferably in an electrical or mechanical engineering area.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with strength in operating on an international level across different cultures, taking ownership and driving solutions.

· Significant level of work experience including team leadership experience.

· Excellent communication skills to coach and mentor more junior team members, and coordinate with cross functional stakeholders and customers.

· £76,560 - £95,700 (depending on experience)

· Defined contribution pension scheme - company contributions up to 9%
