Full Job Description

Our Shared Lives team provide a helping hand and support in carefully matching adults with a care need to an approved Shared Lives Carer.

  • Experience of project management or working in a fast-paced communications team.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to implement strategies, working to tight deadlines and results-focused.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, You will take the lead in developing and implementing high quality communication campaigns, designing, and developing engaging visual content and will be proficient in report writing, data analysis and presentation.
  • You will help build, promote, and retain Shared Lives MK public profile while helping us to drive up carer sign-ups in Milton Keynes and promote our services to a wide range of stakeholders. You might already be a Communications Officer or an experienced Communications Assistant who is looking for your next challenge. If you share our passion for great communications, particularly using your skills to communicate impact clearly to a diverse range of audiences and have experience in a fast-paced communications team as well as the ability to work on multiple projects at one time with excellent attention to detail and accuracy then we want to hear from you. A Full UK driving licence would be useful but not essential Should you be offered the role, as part of the pre-employment checks a Basic DBS will be actioned for you and BPSS referencing
