Full Job Description

As a Senior Project Control Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the tracking, analysis, and reporting of project and business performance. This role ensures that projects and initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to organizational standards and objectives. You will collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and project success. You will:

  • Create and monitor project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and limits.
  • Track costs, forecast future expenditures, and report on budget variances.
  • Have management experience in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Work with finance teams to reconcile budgets and ensure accurate reporting of financial status.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Analyse project and business performance data and generate reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment on goals.
  • Implement best practices and standardized methodologies for project controls and reporting.

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Engineering or other relevant technical discipline.
  • Significant experience in project controls and Business Intelligence/ Analytics.
  • Be competent in data-warehousing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
