Full Job Description
- Updating schedule and performance progress using the Earned Value Management system including the analysis of Earned Value data
- Support the application of effective project control (budget, schedule, resource & change management) for all project types
- Support the effective deployment of PM governance including Lifecycle Management across all Land (UK) projects
- Facilitating effective decision making through the analysis and reporting of project control data
- Providing regular updates and progress reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Establish, apply, and improve, Project Control procedures, methods and systems
- Analysis of resource utilisation and forecasting of future resource requirements
- Guide Project Managers in the correct use of Earned Value Management
Previous experience in a Project Management environment - Experience of working through the Project lifecycle from inception through to completion
- Experience of using Earned Value Management to monitor project progress Desirable:
- Analytical skills, able to manipulate data and identify trends. Able to assess if data is complete and accurate
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Project Applicants should ideally be Degree qualified or have equivalent experience, likely to be in a technology, engineering, science or IT related discipline. Applicants should be a Chartered Engineer or hold another equivalent professional registration with a relevant institution.
