Project Controls Assistant, Development PMO, EMEA

We are looking to recruit a Project Controls Assistant to support our Development ongoing project controls function and drive forward efficient ways of working as well as improve the accuracy of our reporting, schedules and estimates. You will be assisting us in continually improving the way data drives our decision making processes.
Essential Job Functions/Duties

• Assist in ensuring robustness of data held by project controls


• Coordinate Project Controls processes


• Support actively in Scheduling tasks


• Support actively in Estimating projects


• Support actively in Change control processes


• Support actively in Risk reviews


• Understand and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Provide various cost analysis, data gathering, and data analytics specific to the cost and scheduling of work for construction
  
  Good computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.


• Experience with Power BI very helpful


• Effective verbal and written communication skills and must possess the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.


• Effective presentation skills


• Organising review meetings/ group data/ share point sites


• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and exceptional management and organizational skills


• Primavera P6 knowledge is a plus


• Travel required is expected to be less than 10% but may increase over time as the business and role evolves
