Full Job Description

Working within the Specialist Design Studio as part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating dozens of projects throughout the studio including creating and maintaining accurate production schedules for every new product. We'll look to you to communicate key dates, ensuring product spec information is up to date throughout development and using product spec information to generate initial cost estimates.

Adaptable and resilient, this is a fast paced role where priorities can change quickly, so we'll look to you to react quickly and positively to the changing priorities and to present plans and solutions that deliver the best value.

Organised and thorough, you'll play a critical role in the studio's ability to deliver on time. We'll look to you to build positive working relationships with colleagues in creative roles as you'll connect with every department in the studio and will be responsible for keeping multiple projects on track. Strong communication skills are essential as we'll look to you to balance an empathy for the creative process with the need for order, as you'll identify important facts and details that could affect product delivery.

At Games Workshop we are looking for people who will do their best to understand the needs of the company and to put those needs first when they are at work. Because of this we believe that what you are like, hence the attitude you show to work and the way you choose to behave is even more important than your skills and experience.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh and let's not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
