Full Job Description
- Compiling and maintaining vendor and project documentation and certification in project files, equipment dossiers and manuals.
- Assisting Project Engineers in compiling project reports to ensure projects remain within authorised budgets and schedules.
- Administering projects within SAP (raising/ releasing, tracking and updating).
- Ordering and receiving materials from AP stock locations and AP approved vendors.
- Ordering stock from vendors both within UK and overseas, dispatching orders for materials, equipment and spares to Air Products engineering organisations around Europe and further afield as required.
Previous experience working within a fast-moving industrial business in a similar role. - Well organised and methodical, with good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated team contributor and able to work autonomously.
- Experienced in expediting documentation and certification from suppliers.
- Possess a track record of dealing with regulatory bodies and / or permit applications within the industry you are working within.
- Familiar with company work processes, corporate policies and procedures.
- IT literate including Excel and SAP (or equivalent as training can be given).
