Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the department. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.If you are a motivated and detail-oriented administrator with a positive attitude, flexible work approach, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role., The Diocese of Oxford is responsible for managing over 450 properties including vicarages, offices, and other commercial properties across the Thames Valley. The Property Department also provides design and project management services for construction projects on our Diocesan Schools. As a Project Coordinator, you will be supporting the diocese as it aims to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2035.
You will have experience in an administrative role, consistently maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. With strong organisational skills, you are adept at self-motivating, planning, and prioritising your workload to meet deadlines while thriving under pressure. You will also have a proven track record of proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. There is the potential for hybrid working, requiring the ability to travel to the office in Kidlington, Oxford, on designated office-based days. Please note that during your training and induction period, there will be no home working days.
- 25 days holiday per annum (1.0FTE), rising each year by one day to a maximum of 30 days (or pro rata if working 0.8 FTE)
