Full Job Description

You will provide administrative support to our rapidly expanding suite of online courses, developed with subject matter experts and a global cohort of business professionals to create engaging online courses for the next generation of sustainability leaders.

  • Educated to at least A Level/equivalent standard or equivalent level of practical experience.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Experience of event management and / or logistics; coordination, organisation and booking.
  • Experience of supporting the financial aspects of projects and financial procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • It is desirable to have familiarity with project management and editorial software., This post is permanent, full-time on a hybrid working basis with at least 2 days in our award-winning Cambridge office.
