Project Coordinator - Fluids Sampling & Analysis (76014)

Expro are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator - Fluids Sampling & Analysis to join the Fluids team based in Reading Fluids.Overall Purpose of the Job To coordinate laboratory and/or field analysis of fluids in a safe and efficient manner complying with procedures and work instructions.Key Activities and Accountabilities

• Define acceptable quality and consistency standards for gas and liquid analysis performed
• Ensure that these standards are always met by defining and enforcing training and calibration regimes and maintain records to prove that this is the case
• Ensure that all operations are supplied with adequate quantities of the correct calibration and verification mixtures and that these are checked before despatch
• Ensure that a calibration and maintenance regime is in place and that it is adhered to
• Ensure that all final reports on directly measured compositional and trace components analysis contain the correct information (i.e. - reports where there are no PVT measurements)
• Receive, check, test and prepare GOLD C chromatographs and ancillary support equipment for return to the field
• Commission, organise and report compositional analysis carried out by third party laboratories
• Oversee and conduct laboratory experiments/measurements in a safe and efficient manner according to specified methods laid down in appropriate work instructions and procedures
• Oversee and carry out onsite analysis of petroleum fluids in a safe and efficient manner according to customer requirements and appropriate methods laid down in work instructions and procedures
• Interpret the measured data by use of laboratory software packages and calculation methods; record all such calculations and methods of working in work files and prepare results in a format suitable for presentation to clients
  
  Previous onsite/lab experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Good familiarity with computers and data processing
