Project Delivery Lead

Provide clear leadership, direction and motivation to the BMfS Project delivery team which will include a Digital Transformation Partner as well as Crown Servants.
Lead on execution of BMfS projects.
Contribute to engagement with MOD Centre and Scrutiny staffs and lead production of key artefacts.
Lead on development and maintenance of projects identifying, addressing and resolving conflict and problems..
Lead on project targets and key deliverables making effective decisions including project Risk mitigation where applicable, ensuring alignment with expected delivery outcomes.
Ensure execution of project strategies, plans, organisation and processes.
Ensure project control, monitor and report progress to senior management.
