Project Delivery Manager

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Project Delivery Manager to join our IT team at our Appleton site. As Project Delivery Manager you will be proactive and technically-minded as you will be working with customers and internal clients to understand their requirements, translating them to best in class technology solutions. You will also work with our third party solution providers to build detailed development scope documents, translating customer and internal business requirements into a working software solution. As the successful candidate, you will contribute to the overall success of the site, and will report directly to the site Business Systems Manager., Key Duties of a Project Delivery Manager:

• Lead meetings for any new business projects which require development within current applications
• Understand business project needs to build the correct scope for the project
• Manage and maintain the development project plan, updating the business on a regular basis with progress
• Manage issue logs, risk registers, benefits documents and any other required documentation associated with the various projects
• Ensure milestones are met and challenges are managed and reported to the business within any given project
• Assist with the production of testing plans and work closely with the BAU Support team and Business Analysts within the team
• Work within and manage budget constraints
• Produce business KPI's to measure improvement and performance
  
  Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 (Hybrid working post probation)
