Project Delivery Manager

We are looking for a skilled project delivery manager to join the Pay & Conditions delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver impactful projects that improve career paths, workload, and reward systems for our staff.,

• Deliver high-quality project management for multiple initiatives from the University's recent Pay & Conditions Review.
• Collaborate with teams to define and deliver project goals.
• Track and manage resources, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, draft engagement materials, and identify potential risks.
  
  Proven project management skills in complex organisational environments.
• Strong organisational, planning, and communication abilities.
• A self-starter mindset, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work under pressure.
