Proven experience in stakeholder management
Ability to orchestrate and supervise the engineering coordination of multiple disciplines
Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior members of staff working
Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
Significant experience working with Rail Standards such as Network Rail and/or Transport for London
Proven experience in quality assurance and control of engineering deliverables including drawings and reports
Significant experience in dealing with Technical Queries and Requests for Information
Significant experience in Risk Management
Significant experience in managing engineering interfaces of multiple disciplines including such as civils, electrical and communications
Proven commercial experience in either engineering design or construction
Chartered membership with the Institution of Civil Engineers or similar
Significant experience in managing multi-disciplinary designs
Experience in working on site can be an advantage
