Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver seamless solutions
Design and implement broadcast systems, creating detailed plans, schematics, and wiring schedules
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring health and safety compliance
Supervise contractors, stay current with industry advancements, and mentor new team members

Background in broadcast engineering with practical installation experience
Strong knowledge of A/V broadcast systems, RF infrastructure, and IP networking
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to health & safety
Familiarity with fibre and satellite systems is a plus, CAD and CCNA/P certification are advantageous
