Full Job Description

The Project Lead role is to facilitate the successful delivery of the Housing and/or Mobility pilot within the UKSPF Future Forward West Yorkshire initiative. This pivotal role encompasses the strategic coordination and hands-on management and delivery of innovative projects aimed at removing barriers for 16 to 24-year-old NEETs in accessing housing and realistic mobility options.
As an integral part of the Education Development Trust (EDT) team, the role holder will not only orchestrate engagements with businesses, stakeholders, and partners but also directly oversee the implementation of these pilot initiatives. Furthermore, a crucial aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with the evaluation team to assess the effectiveness of these pilots, learning what works and what doesn't to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Through fostering collaboration, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and spearheading the sharing and application of learning and best practices, the role is designed to ensure the impactful progression of young people towards employment, education, or training, in alignment with EDT's mission.
