Full Job Description

The Group Growth Enablement project lead will support the Growth Enablement director in the delivery of the roadmap and management of continuous improvement initiatives. By building a full and complete understanding of the Compass Growth Enablement toolkit, the project lead will manage & support the full change lifecycle from requirement definition to rollout and play a critical role in supporting the country adoption globally. Tasks & Responsibilities: Support the delivery of the Growth Enablement roadmap, with a clear focus on strategic project delivery:

  • Support in the definition and clarification of business requirements and handover to technical teams
  • Support in the testing of key initiatives, as well as coordinate country testing
  • Support in the training scheduling, preparation and delivery ensuring clear understanding of the solution
  • End to End management for the continuous improvement (BAU change) of the growth enablement toolkit, based on regional and country priorities
  • Develop partnerships with and analyse and prioritise demand from relevant business teams to ensure we gain maximum value from D&T solutions
  • End to end management of process and systems innovation, from high level project management, requirements definition, handover to technical teams, functional and user acceptance testing
  • Manage the rollout of changes, including scheduling and communications to country super users
  • Manage group lead platforms, including access request and administration
  • Identify super user training needs, and work closely with the CRM specialist to address these
  • Support Countries through training and communications activities such as:
  • Super user communications and forums
  • Collaboration with the CRM specialist on key training activities
  • End user training support for key tools

    Demonstrate the ability to influence and persuade business partners
  • Demonstrable experience Microsoft D365
  • Skilled in gathering requirements, analysing information, and delivering to requirements.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Demonstrable ability to work to strict deadlines and ensure deliverables are met.
  • An understanding of the Client Sales and Retention process in a Contract Catering environment, or interest in learning
  • Proven delivery track record across all phases of the systems transformation process including program governance, planning & scoping, design & blueprinting, build & realisation and early lifecycle adoption.
  • Bachelor's degree required with suitable professional qualification/experience where applicable
  • Has a strong combination of business process experience and technological knowledge including cross-functional implications
  • Experience working as a business analyst on sales and retention or D365 projects
  • Able to understand, explain and present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences in a persuasive and convincing manner
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated strong negotiating skills to arrive at win-win solutions.
  • Able to champion for end user-friendly design
  • Skilled at proposing existing solutions while navigating conflicting country requests
