Full Job Description

We are looking for someone who is passionate, motivated, engaging, empathetic and technically minded to join our talented People Information Team. This person will lead on the implementation of a new software package called SafeCare which works alongside the Trust's current electronic rostering product, Optima (widely known as HealthRoster).

This is a hugely exciting and important development for the Trust which will continue to improve how we deliver safe and effective services for our patients and how our staff are supported to deliver that care.

The Trust delivers its inpatient services across three main sites in Wirral, West Cheshire and East Cheshire. The successful candidate must be able to travel between these sites for key meetings and to offer support on site where necessary., You will lead on the work with the clinicians and managers within our rostered units to establish SafeCare in a way that is aligned to the Trust requirements and personalised for their unit.

You will be responsible for all key project tasks related to the system as well as the administrative tasks associated with the project including arranging project meetings, keeping project documentation up to date and escalating any issues through to the Head of People Information who will oversee the project management.

You will work alongside colleagues in the People Information service who support managers with their electronic rosters to ensure that SafeCare deployment is co-ordinated with them and is seamlessly adopted.
