• Visiting sites to understand how they're designed & built, the decisions we need to make and how drawings translate into a physical build Leading on supplier relationships to ensure targets are met
  
  This role will be based in our Wythenshawe office for approximately 10 months. We are relocating our offices to central Manchester, so successful candidates should be comfortable travelling to central Manchester after this period. You will need at least 5 GCSEs level 4-9, or a level 3 equivalent to be eligible for this scheme.
The other stuff we are looking for We're looking for confident individuals who aren't afraid to push back when required and have a real belief in what they're doing. You should have proficient IT skills and the confidence to manage internal stakeholders and external third parties. Having a driving licence will be useful within this role, as you'll be visiting sites and suppliers, but it's not an essential requirement for this role. Other qualities we'd like to see include:
