Together, we'll achieve excellence in project delivery, and your skills and dedication will be pivotal in our shared success., Project Management Assistant will be a crucial member of our team, responsibilities are diverse and impactful. You'll be the hub for data management, collecting, formatting, and spreading vital information to support our projects. We encourage open collaboration, so you'll cascade this data to both internal and external stakeholders as needed. Using our established reporting systems and guidelines, you'll diligently monitor and report on project progress, maintaining accurate and organised project documentation in line with our reporting system guidelines. You'll also have opportunities to actively participate in various projects, contributing your expertise to our collective success., The Typical day will involve participating in project planning discussions logging and monitoring actions, risks, assumptions, and opportunities. Development of communication materials and data sharing with industry partners at all levels. Oversight of project progression and timely reporting of progress to the stakeholder group via visual dashboards and verbal presentations. Assisting the project management of industry wider projects whilst learning lessons from other projects to help evolve process in leading future improvements of project outcomes.

· Educated to HND/HNC level, relevant project or administration experience

· Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines

· Strong organisation skills

· Good communication skills (verbal and written)

· Computer literate (Word, Excel, PPT)
