Full Job Description

  • Track project progress and financial data
  • Prepare and analyse reports for stakeholders
  • Assist with resource management and tender preparation
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and audit-ready
  • Conduct supplier compliance checks and maintain approved lists
  • Support security checks, contractor coordination, and access management (regional travel required)
  • Organise and minute meetings across the East Region
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and manage invoicing
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes

    Landmarc Support Services is offering an exciting 12 month fixed-term opportunity for a Project Management Coordinator to join our thriving team. The successful candidate will ideally have already worked within a busy project office and will be an innovative and dynamic individual who is keen to drive their career forward. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain valuable experience with the potential to fast-track their career in Project Management., Strong financial and operational tracking skills
  • Administrative or project support experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Working knowledge of project management
  • Knowledge of CDM and workload scheduling
  • Working towards a Level 4 qualification (NVQ/HNC/APM) or equivalent
  • Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence as this role will require some travel
