We're looking for a passionate and talented Graduate Engineer to join our growing team, initially within the Project Management Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of the electric vehicle (EV) revolution, working on cutting-edge projects that will shape the future of transportation. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to:

  • Be part of a passionate team that's transforming the automotive industry.
  • Gain experience in all aspects of project management, from planning to execution.
  • Develop your technical expertise in electric vehicle development.
  • Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your ideas are valued.
  • This is a graduate program, but it's not about sitting on the side-lines. You'll be a valued member of the team from day one, gaining hands-on experience and working alongside industry experts. We offer a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your engineering career. Join us and be part of the electrification revolution! Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • You'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our development program, ensuring we meet ambitious Quality, Cost, and Timing (QCT) targets.
  • You'll be responsible for managing project KPIs, keeping a close eye on the vehicle's development status, and communicating progress to senior management.
  • Proactive and resourceful, you'll lead the preparation for milestone meetings, working across teams to ensure everyone's on the same page.
  • You'll be a key player in coordinating global activities, fostering collaboration across cultures and continents.
  • Your strong analytical skills will be put to good use as you develop and review engineering proposals and schedules.
  • Gain exposure to all areas of the business: This program will take you beyond project management basics. You'll see first-hand how component development, testing, program management, product planning, and manufacturing all work together to bring a vehicle to life. You'll collaborate with experts across the organisation, gaining a holistic understanding of the EV development process.
  • You'll be the bridge between R&D engineering sections, sharing information, resolving concerns, and facilitating problem-solving across disciplines.

You must hold or expect to achieve the following qualification(s): Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree graded 2:1 or above in a Technical, Design, Engineering or related STEM subject
  • Sufficient evidence of your right to work in the UK will be required. Your right to work in the UK or VISA must extend until September 2027 in order for you to qualify for this position.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Is a team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Has a strong analytical mind and can interpret and document data effectively.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has experience with project & cost management tools.
